SEMPS Match
This Sunday is the SEMPS USPSA Match at Livingston Gun Club. Registration is still open on Practicscore at:

We will also register walk-up shooters on Sunday August 11th in the morning. Sign-in/Registration opens at 8:30 and closes at 9:30. Try to get there earlier rather than later if you are looking to shoot with a particular squad. We are also looking for RO’s for the match. If you are willing to RO let Mark know at sign-in. ROs shoot for $5.00. If you pre-registered you will get a refund on Sunday. Plan for 5 stages and a classifier. Round count should be in the 150 – 160 range so bring ammo accordingly. Shooting starts at 10:00
Set-up will start about 10:00 AM tomorrow, Saturday, August 10th. Mark will be out of town for set-up so as of now it will just be Gary and me. If you can come out and help and bring some ideas for stage designs it will be appreciated. Bring a pair gloves and we can supply the rest.
Women On Target
Livingston Gun Club is hosting a NRA Women on Target event on August 17. This is a great event to introduce women to firearms and shooting. if you know a relative, neighbor, co-worker or friend that has never had a chance to shoot, but has an interest in firearms than this is the event for them. All firearms, ammo, and targets are included along with a couple of hours of instruction with safety at the top of the list. Cost is $10.00 which basically covers lunch and beverages for the event. Steel Challenge Matches
Ryan Rocks Outdoor Adventures is going to be doing Steel Challenge Matches at LGC on the 1st and 3rd Mondays with shooting starting at 5:30 PM. Matches will run through at least October as of now and may go longer weather permitting. Cost is $15.00 for the first gun and $5.00 to enter a second division. The next match is August 19. Look for registration to open about 4:30.
